These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Battuta Tours website (the “Website”) and our travel services (the “Services”). By accessing or using the Website or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Booking and Payment
- To book a tour, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a contract.
- You can book a tour through our Website or by contacting us directly.
- All prices are listed in Jordanian Dinar (JOD) and are subject to change without notice.
- We require full payment for all tours at the time of booking. We only accept payment by cash.
- Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you a confirmation email with all the details of your tour.
Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation is available until 10:00 pm (one day before your tour departure date).
- We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or political instability. In this case, we will offer you a full refund or a credit for a future tour.
Changes to Tours
- We reserve the right to change the itinerary of any tour at any time. We will make every effort to notify you of any changes in advance.
- We are not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or other disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, transportation strikes, or political unrest.
Travel Documents
- You are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, such as a passport and visa, for your trip.
- We recommend that you consult with the Jordanian embassy or consulate in your home country for the latest visa requirements.
Liability
- Battuta Tours is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Website or Services.
- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Battuta Tours from any and all claims, losses, damages, expenses, and liabilities arising out of or related to your use of the Website or Services.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jordan.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Jordanian Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in Amman, Jordan.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Battuta Tours with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
